This has been such an amazing learning journey. This leadership course over the last four months helped me grow in many ways.

As much as i thought i was already doing a good job, it made me look at how i do things and also how i can improve them. The most helpful thing i found for myself and my team was definitely looking at the love languages and ways in which we communicate with one another, as well as the difference between empathy and sympathy. Your skill and knowledge has helped me look at situations from a different perspective and how to better handle situations like a leader. you have taught me to build in my confidence as well as being a role model for my team.
